CVI Employees INN the Spotlight
Each month, three CVI folks are selected for our Employee Inn the Spotlight award. All CVI employees can nominate any of their peers.
March Employees Inn the Spotlight.
Congratulations are in order for our March Employees Inn the Spotlight. Representing the Casino Division, we have Ken Chapman, who works in our security department on graveyard shift. Representing the Food Division, we have John Vann, who works in Katie's Kitchen as a dishwasher on graveyard shift. We did not receive any nominations from the Hotel Division. Congratulations also go out to Jennifer Hunter, a supervisor in Katie's, who is our Supervisor Inn the Spotlight for the first quarter, 2008.
April Employees Inn the Spotlight.
Congratulations to our April Employees Inn the Spotlight. Representing the casino division we have Dylan Girard who works as a Barback in our bar department. Representing the food division we have Consuelo Rodriguez-DeAvina who is a cook in our banquet department and representing the hotel division we have Les Anderson who works in our housekeeping department.
Nominations are reviewed and acted upon by the Leadership Team and recipients are recognized for their outstanding performance, excellent service and positive attitudes. An award recipient is chosen in each of three "Divisions":
- Hotel (also includes Engineering, MIS, Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, Executive Office)
- Casino (Table Games, Keno, Slots, Poker Room, Security, Casino Guest Services, Bars)
- Food Services (Katie's Country Kitchen, Fiona's Bar and Grill, Job's Perk, Banquets, Employee Food Services)
