Katie’s hearty daily special is a $5.99 Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs plate. The Chicken Fried Steak is hearty, your two eggs can be any style, and we also include a biscuit and gravy – it’s a generous plateful and an incredible value at just $5.99.
On Saturdays and Sundays Katie’s offers a Skillet Brunch special for just $7.99 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Katie’s Skillet Brunch includes home fried potatoes tossed with peppers, onions, bacon & sausage, scrambled eggs & tomato, topped with melted cheese.
Katie’s Sunday “Chandler Chicken Dinner”
Include southern fried chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw for $7.99. Served from 2 to 10 p.m.
Katie’s Baked Goods
Fresh-baked cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, pies, and other desserts and sweets are made daily in the Carson Valley Inn Bakery and are available for purchase at the display case near the Katie’s cashier counter. Not all items are available every day and we suggest that specific pies and cakes be ordered 24 hours in advance. Orders can be placed at the Katie’s cashier counter or call 775-783-6664 and ask for the Katie’s Supervisor.
