Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we do have accessible rooms. Please call us at 775-783-6629 to discuss your needs and our availability with our Reservations staff.
Do you have a resort, parking or valet fee?
We do NOT charge for the following:
- Resort Fees – none.
- Self Parking Fee – none.
- Valet Parking Fee – none.
What time is check-in?

Check-in time is generally 3 p.m. If you arrive earlier, please check with the hotel desk and we will try to get you into your room when it is available. Specific room or location requests or heavy check-out patterns sometimes result in rooms not being available until after 3 p.m.
What time is check-out?

Check out time is noon.
How old do you have to be to reserve a hotel room?

There must be at least one person 21 or older in every room.
Do you have complimentary wi-fi?

Free hi-speed Wi-Fi available in all rooms.
Do you have washers and dryers on-site?

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available at the RV park.

I can't find availability on the website for my selected dates, what should I do?

Guests enjoy complimentary use of our Business Center and our Indoor Pool/Spa/Fitness/Sun Deck area.
Is Carson Valley Inn a pet friendly hotel/motor lodge?

Sorry, we love our pets and yours - but pets are not permitted in the hotel. Only in the RV Park.

Where is the Motor Lodge Extended Stay located?

The Motor Lodge & Extended Stay is approximately 100 yards from the main casino/hotel building.

Complimentary shuttle service to/from the main hotel/casino. Hours of service may vary. Call the hotel desk.
Is the pool, spa, fitness center & business center included with my stay?

Yes, Motor Lodge Extended Stay guests have access to the pool, spas, and fitness center in the main hotel - and to the Business Center off the hotel lobby.
Is this a pert friendly Hotel/Motor Lodge?

Sorry, we love our pets and yours - but pets are not permitted in the Motor Lodge & Extended stay. Only in the RV Park. Emotional support animals are not a Service Animal according to ADA regulations.

How do I make an RV Park Resort reservation?

RV Resort Reservations can be made by phone (775-783-6629 or 800-321-6983) or at the Hotel Desk. Sorry, RV Reservations cannot be made online.
What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in time is 1 PM.

Check-out time is noon.
What is the distance from the RV Park to the Casino?

The RV Park is approximately 100 yards from the main casino/hotel building.
What amenities do RV guests have access to?

RV Park guests have full access to the indoor pool, spas, and fitness facility in the main hotel. All sites are full hook up at no extra charge. New showers and restroom facility is on site. Coin operated laundry is located at the RV.
Are pets allowed in the RV Park?

Pets are permitted in the RV Park per the published guidelines.
