The CV Steak menu features a selection of appetizers and a generous range of entrees including steaks, chops, seafood, chicken and pasta dishes. Entrees include the CV Steak signature table side tossed salad, sourdough baguette, creamery butter, vegetable and choice of twice-baked, baked or au gratin potatoes. Also featured are desserts and after dinner drinks, a generous selection of wine by the bottle and glass and a specialty martini menu.

Recessed areas above each booth showcase black and white photos that recount the history of Minden and Gardnerville and were hand-selected by architect and designer Larry Henry for their historic significance. The photos are a perfect complement to the Arts and Crafts motif that ties all elements of Carson Valley Inn together…and ambient lighting creates a feeling of intimacy.
