Katie's Baked Goods

Fresh-baked cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, pies, and other desserts and sweets are made daily in the Carson Valley Inn Bakery and are available for purchase at the display case near the Katie’s cashier counter. Not all items are available every day and we suggest that specific pies and cakes be ordered 24 hours in advance. Orders can be placed at the Katie’s cashier counter or call 775-783-6664 and ask for the Katie’s Supervisor.


Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs Daily

Katie’s hearty daily special is a $8.99 Chicken Fried Steak & Eggs plate. The Chicken Fried Steak is hearty, your two eggs can be any style, and we also include a biscuit and gravy – it’s a generous plateful.


Saturday Skillet Brunch

Mix of bacon, sausage, diced ham, bell pepper and onion scrambled with 2 eggs on top of homefries and topped with cheddar cheese and fresh diced tomatoes.


Pork Chops Sundays

On Sundays Katie’s offers a Pork Chop special from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Katie’s Pork Chop Brunch includes 2 eggs, hashbrowns and Toast.


Katie’s Sunday “Chandler Chicken Dinner”

Include southern fried chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Served from 2 to 10 p.m.
