SUMMARY

The Bell Desk/Valet Attendants provide exceptional valet parking services by safely and efficiently moving guest vehicles to a designated location and assisting them with their items and inquiries in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests to the property
• Promote positive guest relations by projecting a courteous, helpful attitude and assisting guests
• Safely drive/park/retrieve all types of guest vehicles (including automatic or manual transmissions)
• Load/unload/store/transport guest luggage
• Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel, casino, restaurants, entertainment, etc.
• Show willingness and effort to work as a team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18
• Must have valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and listen attentively
• Ability to deal with customers and co-workers in a tactful and respectful manner
• Ability to maintain physical stamina and proper attitude
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place heavy objects
• Ability to move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations (i.e. walk, jog, run)
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Must be available to work weekends and holiday
