Busser | $12.50hr + tips
- Promote positive guest relations by projecting a courteous, helpful attitude and assisting guests throughout their visit
- Greet guests by offering water service and additional beverages
- Maintain full working knowledge and understanding of all menus
- Assist the Server throughout the guest dining experience in a quick and efficient manner
- Assist with presentation of food and beverage items ordered and ensure quality and consistency
- Remove used tableware between courses and provide additional items as needed
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths after guests depart; check condiments and floor to clean as required
- Take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- Reset and arrange tabletop
- Perform assigned opening duties to stock station with proper supply levels needed for the shift and closing side work to ensure a clean and safe station.
- Regularly provide information to Server, Supervisor/Manager and Chef regarding guest reactions, comments, or problems that may arise and any safety/appearance concerns throughout the casino to ensure a quality and safe environment
- Show willingness and effort to work as a team
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Excellent people skills and ability to courteously and efficiently interact with fellow employees, management and guests to ensure a positive experience
- Must pay attention to detail including cleanliness and safety
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and listen attentively
- Must follow verbal and written directions, policies, and procedures
- Ability to lift, handle and carry (e.g. trays and equipment) a minimum of 25 pounds on a frequent basis
- Ability to bend, stand, walk and exert well-paced mobility during entire shift
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
