Katie's Supervisor
- Promote positive guest relations by always projecting a courteous, helpful attitude and assisting guests and employees throughout the restaurant
- Maintain full working knowledge and understanding of menu
- Manage staff including scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, reviewing performance, documenting and rewarding
- Must ensure compliance with verbal and written directions, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Positive attitude and excellent people skills with ability to courteously and efficiently interact with guests and lead a team
- Knowledge of proper service techniques
- Must pay attention to detail including cleanliness and safety
- Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively
- Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while maintaining service standards and a calm demeanor
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
